About the Business

Planted by Crissy is a vegan cake business established in 2019. We started this business with one recipe: the Million Dollar Carrot Cake. That recipe was passed down through 2 generations, but I knew I wanted to do something different with it and decided to make it vegan. Fast forward to 2020, I ended up giving birth to a child with a severe dairy allergy, motivating me to create an entire repertoire of allergy-friendly vegan cakes and desserts. I strive to continue to turn old family favorites into new plant-based and dye-free delights!

Fun Fact: There is a carrot in the logo because carrot cake was the first Planted by Crissy product
